However, after discussing these issues with the Director of Nursing, immediate actions were taken to address and correct the concerns, showing a significant improvement in the facility's management and care under her direction. Another visitor, who had previously agreed with negative reviews, noted a considerable positive shift in the environment and care quality during their recent visit. They were greeted warmly, found the facility clean, and the staff professional and caring. Particularly, they appreciated the kind hospice nurse who facilitated a memorable visit to the courtyard, and the respectful handling of personal gifts for their friend by the nursing staff.
