Our specialty-trained caregivers take a person-centered approach to care. We tailor our program to nurture our senior’s level of skills. Residents follow a daily path of engagement, which includes research-backed activities that help them thrive, even with advanced stages of dementia. And our Clare Bridge Crossings program was specifically designed for seniors in the early stages of dementia. It’s a stepping stone between our assisted living and memory care programs.
