Residents and their families say:

This community has received a myriad of positive feedback for its convenient location, cleanliness, and the variety of amenities it offers, such as libraries, activity rooms, dining facilities, and a comprehensive schedule of activities including card games, bingo, and exercise programs. Many reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the quality and variety of food options, including three meals a day plus snacks, and the overall pleasant and efficient service. The living spaces, ranging from one-bedroom to spacious two-bedroom apartments, have been highlighted for being attractive and adequate, with positive mentions of balconies and the availability of personal appliances like washers and dryers within the units. The community's efforts in maintaining and upgrading facilities, despite being an older establishment, were also noted positively.
However, some reviewers pointed out areas for improvement. The food quality received mixed reviews, with at least one reviewer finding it disappointing. The process for respite care was criticized for being difficult due to limited availability. There were concerns about the level of independence required to live comfortably in the community, as it is geared toward residents who are largely independent. A specific criticism that appeared more than once was related to ongoing upgrades, such as the replacement of dishwashers with microwaves, which some residents felt was a downgrade. Despite these areas of criticism, many found the community to be a good fit for their needs due to its appealing features and reasonable pricing, even amidst concerns about cost being higher than other facilities for some reviewers.
