St. Elizabeth Manor offers a choice of three apartment layouts with a 247 sq. ft. standard floor plan, a 354 sq. ft. mid-sized apartment with a kitchenette, a 494 sq. ft. double, and a 731 sq. ft. suite that boasts a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and walk-in closet. Residents are encouraged to furnish and decorate their homes, but fully furnished apartments are available. Care staff is available 24/7, and three delicious, balanced meals are served restaurant-style in the Manor Garden Café.

Set in tranquil, rural surroundings just outside Footville, St. Elizabeth Manor’s proximity to Highway 11 makes it easy to reach Bass Creek Golf Club, Orfordville, Janesville, and Beloit. Nature fans enjoy relaxing walks and birding at the Robert O. Cook Memorial Arboretum.
