Reviewers consistently noted the attentiveness and kindness of the workers, with one reviewer specifically mentioning the quality of care their aunt received, highlighting the staff as the "most caring and sweetest" they've encountered. Residents and their families found comfort in the community's ability to provide a welcoming environment, resembling more of a home than an institution, which was particularly appreciated for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
