Welcome to Lone Oak Assisted Living, an assisted living community located in Eugene, Oregon.

Here at Lone Oak we offer three different floor plans for studio apartments, as well as three different floor plans for our one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with walk-in showers, beautiful cabinetry, and granite counter tops. Each apartment also has a pendant call system that can be utilized anywhere on Lone Oak's campus and a pull-chord system, in which our residents can use at their convenience when needs arise outside of scheduled services. With that, we also have round-the-clock staffing including, Med Staff, Care Staff, and a full-time RN who is also on-call 24/7.

We have an ever-changing Life Enrichment Calendar and at your family's convenience, they can join us on tours of local wineries, museums, parks, festivals, as well as indoor events like lecture series, cooking classes, liqueur making, arts & crafts, and more. It is our commitment that our residents get not only excellent care within our community, but also a life that's engaging and inspiring.

We offer 5 Levels of Care here at Lone Oak so as needs rise - we're here every step of the way. Our Care Plans are specific to each of our resident's needs and each level of care is only $400, which is quite affordable compared to other options. At Lone Oak there are no hidden fees. You won't see any RN fees, medication management fees, or a la carte "bundled" fees - which means our residents are only paying for the services they need, so there won't ever be any surprises on their month to month statements.

We have a Medicaid contract here at Lone Oak. We find it fair that if, at any point, any of our residents deplete their own person funds, or savings, they can utilize Medicaid and SDS assistance to stay here at home. Our residents won't ever see a change in services, experience, enrichment, or receive a move-out notice due to depleting their own private funds.
