At Brookdale Spruce Wood, we take care of the boring basics, like housekeeping and cooking, to free up your time and empower you to live your best life. If you need extra support, we've got you covered. Our campus, nestled in beautiful Durham, New Hampshire, offers three levels of care: independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

If you're curious what a typical day looks like in our community, then you'll be pleased to know that there truly is no typical day—each day is unique to how you want to plan it. One day, you may decide to take it easy with a cup of morning coffee in our community courtyard and then curl up to a good book checked out from our fully-stocked library. The next day you might be filled with energy and kickstart your day with a group fitness class, followed by an arts and crafts class, gardening group, and community game night. Given our community's great location, we also plan group excursions to enjoy the great outdoors, like to the seacoast, lakes, or mountains.
