East Ridge was presented as a friendly and supportive environment. Residents appreciated the spacious, beautiful campus of 76 acres, where they could walk, bike and enjoy the outdoors. Independence was also emphasized; residents could choose their level of activity, with options for socializing or relaxing alone.
